How old do you have to be to come to The Big 90s Festival

We are strictly 18+ Event, all persons will require ID.


When is the last time I can enter the festival?

We operate a last entry policy of two hours after doors open.

But some events may have different times please check individual listings.

Can I park my car? Unfortunately we do not offer parking at our events. For

any local parking please look at parkopedia.

I am not comfortable coming to the event with the current Covid-19 situation, can i get a refund.

Unfortunately not, we do understand that you may personally not be comfortable and if you wish to not come that is a personal choice for you. Our terms and conditions are very clear that all ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds on tickets.

Do I need a Ticket for The Big Nineties Festival?

Yes you will need a ticket as most of our events do sell out in advance.


Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased from our main ticket partner Ticket Tailor or our other affiliate partners.


Where is my Ticket?

Tickets for The Big Nineties Festival are eTickets. 

eTickets will be sent to the email address you used to purchase. If for whatever reason this has been lost/deleted/did not arrive then please follow the instructions below

Do I have to print my ticket?

No, you do not need to print your tickets for our events.

Let’s save some trees!


Will I need ID?

All people wishing to purchase alcohol will need to be over 18 and will will require I.D. We also have a challenge 25 policy so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 we will ask for I.D. There will be bag search policy on all bags brought into the event.

Valid forms of ID include in-date photo driving licence and passport only.

You may be subject to searching at any time during the event.

If you purchase a ticket for someone who is under 18 we will not offer a refund on this.


FOOD AND DRINK INFORMATION FOR OUTDOOR / SHOWS IN LARGE TENTS

During October we do operate a number of events in large big top tents, these events are operated in a different way than our indoor shows, please see below for the differences.


Can we buy drinks with cash or card?

At our events inside a tent we operate a cashless bar system, this means you will not need to purchase tokens for food or drink.

All bars and food operators will be Cashless. So will be card only.

How do i buy drinks?


Can I bring Alcohol?

No unfortunately not.

Alcoholic drinks can not be brought into the festival. There will be plenty of bars to buy drinks once inside the event.


Can i bring a camera?

The taking of photographs and footage for commercial use is prohibited unless arranged with the event organisers. While we allow cameras and tripods, very large lenses are not permitted.

If you are using large lense or commercial photography camera without prior permission you maybe asked to leave.
 


Can i bring food?

Unfortunately not, we work with some amazing food vendors at all our events so we do not permit this.

If you have a specific medical requirement, please let us know and we will discuss with you.


Other prohibited items

Please see the below list of prohibited items. All of the below items will be confiscated. Confiscated items will not be return. Anyone that resists confiscation of disallowed items may be evicted.

  • Aerosols

  • Air Horns

  • Alcohol

  • Animals (other than registered guide or hearing dogs)

  • Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon

  • Audio Recorders

  • Cameras with detachable lens or recording equipment

  • Chinese or Sky Lanterns

  • Excessive amounts of food or cigarettes may be refused entry to the site

  • Fireworks

  • Flares

  • Garden furniture, deckchairs, fold up chairs or shooting sticks

  • Glass

  • Illegal substances

  • Knives

  • Large Umbrellas or Flag Poles

  • Legal Highs

  • Medications - unless in sealed, unbroken packaging

  • Megaphones

  • Nitrous Oxide

  • Open and sealed containers of liquid/water/soft drinks/food etc

  • Portable Laser Equipment or Pens

  • Perfume over 25ml

  • Smoke Canisters

  • Sound systems

  • Spray Cans

  • Un-authorised Professional Film or Video Equipment

  • Unofficial tabards or reflective jackets


First Aid

At all events we will have a full security and medical team available if required.

If you have a specific medical condition that may cause you issues on the day, please let us know beforehand or on the door so we can assist if required.


Can I Bring a Chair?

At all indoor shows, unless you have a medical exception we do not allow chairs to be taken to the event.

At our outdoor events we do allow chairs and blankets.


Unless this is for a specific medical requirement and you have contacted us previously about this and we have confirmed it, unfortunately you can not.

We will have food stands available for you.
